The Sculpt You Membership is a budget friendly, versatile, full body with an emphasis on the glutes monthly program.
The workouts in this program are strategically chosen by Grace Chen to make sure you’re able to reach your strength and aesthetic goals.
Members will have access to
  • A 4-week program that is updated every month with new exercises.
  • 3 full body-training days and 2 optional glute days.
  • Exercise library with detailed step-by-step instructions.
  • Full body workouts with 7 exercises and optional glute days with 4 exercises.
  • Private FB Community Group to engage with others.
  • Nutrition tips with sample meals and grocery list.
  • Barbell with plates (collars and barbell pad are recommended).
  • Squat rack.
  • Dumbells.
  • Resistance bands.
  • Foam roller.
  • Place to perform hip thrusts and bulgarian split squats (bench, couch, steps).
If you’re training in a commercial gym they should have most of these items. If you’re training from home, you can modify exercises for optimal results to whatever you have access to.
Gym equipment can be purchased on Craigslist, Offer-Up, eBay, and BC Strength.

Members will login to their account to access all full body and optional glute day workouts.  New workouts will be added every 4 weeks.

You can choose to sign up yearly or month-to-month.

The Sculpt You Membership is designed for everyone at any skill level. As a beginner, you can choose to start with the beginner workouts to ease into the program.
Continue onto the main program once comfortable.
